The free list is cut from the same ranking, the same instant, 15 minutes later. Compare the two on the clock in the app's header, never on a timer: the top ten turns over fast enough that lists a few seconds apart look unrelated.
How the trial and billing work
- Trial. Pro starts with a 7-day trial. A card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. One trial per account.
- Renewal. When the trial ends the subscription bills USD $49 and renews monthly on the same date until canceled.
- Canceling. Cancel any time from the customer portal, reached from the account menu in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; Pro access runs to that date and the account then returns to Free with its presets and pins intact. Canceling during the trial means no charge at all.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, the card is retried over the following days and Pro access continues during the retries. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled and the account returns to Free.
- Refunds. No partial-month refunds; cancellation at period end is the mechanism. The full policy, including disputes, is on the refunds and cancellation page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. No card details reach TapeRank.
Prices are in USD and include applicable tax. The terms of service govern the subscription.
