This policy covers the TapeRank Pro subscription (USD $49 per month, tax included) and its 7-day trial. It forms part of the terms of service.
Cancellation
- Cancel at any time from the customer portal, reached from the account menu in the application. No email or phone call is needed, and there is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until then, and the account then returns to the Free plan with your presets and pins intact.
- Canceling during the trial means you are never charged.
Trial
The trial lasts 7 days from the moment you start it and requires a payment method. You are reminded before it ends. If you do not cancel first, the first monthly charge is made on the day the trial ends. One trial per account.
Refunds
- Subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no partial refunds for the unused part of a month. Cancellation at period end is how you stop paying.
- If you were charged because of an error on our side, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, tell us and we will refund it in full.
- If we discontinue the Pro plan, we refund the prepaid, unused portion of your current period.
- Where consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a refund right that this policy does not, that law applies.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, the payment is retried automatically over the following days and Pro access continues while it is. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled and the account returns to the Free plan. You can update the card in the customer portal at any point during the retries.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; most problems are fixed withintwo business days. A chargeback filed for a charge that was valid under these terms may result in the account being closed once the dispute concludes.
